The Land · interactive masterplan
Stage 1 offers the 26 lakefront lots (series A), each a distinct parcel differentiated only by verifiable attributes: surface, view, access and position on the shore. Status updates in real time as lots are reserved.
The estate's real subdivision plan, drawn on a georeferenced drone orthomosaic. The 26 lakefront lots (series A) trace the shore of Lago Roosevelt; the protected nature reserve behind them (series B) stays wild — you own the water, and share the wild.

Aerial survey and subdivision, Lago Roosevelt (SIRGAS 2000, UTM 18S). Positions indicative pending final survey.
Explore the site in 360° →Hover or tap a lot to see its details, then open its page.
Every one of the 26 lots carries a single published price, from $197,670 to $345,296. No negotiation and no back-room deals. What you see is what everyone pays.
You buy a lot by acquiring 100% of the U.S. Delaware LLC that holds it, a familiar one-day transfer under U.S. law, not a months-long cross-border process.

More than a lot
Only the 26 lakefront lots are for sale. All the land behind them stays wild as a large protected nature reserve. Once every lot is sold, that reserve is donated to a U.S. conservation foundation, so it is protected for good.
When every lot is sold, the owners vote to place the reserve under the stewardship of an international conservation foundation they designate.

Lago Roosevelt, Aysén · Patagonia, Chile
Getting there
Santuario del Lago sits on a wild glacial lake in the Aysén region of Chilean Patagonia. It is remote by design, and the journey is part of the experience. The concierge and the guided expedition arrange the exact door-to-door logistics for each visit.
International flight into Santiago (SCL), the country's main gateway.
A domestic flight south to Balmaceda (BBA), the airport serving Coyhaique, capital of the Aysén region.
From Coyhaique, roughly 71 miles on paved road, then about 6 miles of gravel, toward Lago Roosevelt, arranged for you.
The last stretch to the shoreline is completed by road and boat.
The Patagonian spring and summer (roughly November to March) offer the longest days and the easiest travel; winter access is more limited.
Every lakefront lot has direct lake access; internal road access varies by lot and is listed on each lot's page. Ask the concierge for the exact route to any lot.
One official price per lot, from $197,670 to $345,296, $7,000,000 across the stage. Sort by price or surface, and click a lot for its full page.
