More than a lot
All the land behind the shoreline stays wild as a great nature reserve. Once every lot is sold, it is donated to a conservation foundation, so it is protected for good. You are not just buying land; you are protecting a valley.

A legacy of conservation
An American's story shaped this landscape. Douglas Tompkins, who built The North Face and Esprit, spent his last decades protecting Patagonia, and helped make the largest land donation in history. Owning here places you in that same tradition of stewardship.

The proof
Remote land deals fail on trust. This one is built to be verified — every claim below maps to a document in the data room.
A Derecho Real de Conservación (Chilean Law 20,930), constituted by public deed and inscribed at the Real Estate Registry, so it runs with the land forever.
A global law firm designed and validated the structure in both the U.S. and Chile, and formed the project's LLCs.
Each lot sits in its own apostilled Delaware LLC with its own U.S. tax ID (EIN). You acquire 100% of it.
Buyer money moves via a neutral U.S. escrow agent. Patagonia Conserve is a marketing brand and never receives buyer funds.
“We're not selling a view. We're inviting twenty-six owners to protect a valley, and to keep it wild for the ones who come after.”
