How to own
Wherever you live, buying here is simple and safe. Each lot is its own U.S. company (a Delaware LLC): you buy 100% of that company, pay in U.S. dollars through a neutral U.S. escrow, and the transfer takes about a day. No Chilean residency or bank account required.
Why it's simple for a non-U.S. buyer
The lot sits inside its own Delaware LLC. You buy the company, not a months-long cross-border land transfer. It is a stable legal instrument recognized worldwide.
Your money moves through a U.S. escrow agent until closing. Patagonia Conserve never receives buyer funds. The reservation ($7,500) is refundable within the legal rescission window.
The LLC transfer is signed remotely. It does not require you to travel or hold Chilean residency, though we do recommend seeing the place before you decide.

You reserve your lot with $7,500 through U.S. escrow. Refundable within the legal rescission window.
The purchase is signed and 100% of the Delaware LLC that owns the lot transfers to you. About a day, not months.
You become the sole owner of the LLC (and so of the lot), with its own U.S. tax ID. The nature reserve behind it stays protected forever.
The discovery expedition ($7,500) is fully creditable toward the purchase of a lot.
